Looks pretty good for a first, although I think the site is kind of squished horizontally. I also think the sound when you click on something is kind of annoying. Other than that, Nice WORK!
Keep it up!

Hey not bad at all ;)
You may want to try some error checking for your email sending form, I tried it and it let me send one w/ out a valid or semi valid email.
Nice job on the tab indexs to, from an accessibility standpoint it gets a B+, congratulations on your first Flash site!

Do you know of any form validation tutorials for actionscript? I've been having trouble making that work correctly...

Here ya go:
if (!email.length || email.indexOf("@") == -1 || email.indexOf(".") == -1) {
EmailStatus = "Please enter a valid E-mail address";
Not super duper fancy but it does the job

Is there a way to keep a flash site flexible, yet retain it's original scale?
Thanks for all the help everone!

Change your font :: I understand that the "look and feel" is techy and industrial sci-fi, however there are numerous fonts that have that facade that you are looking for, and they are successfull because they are readable.

It's good for a first site. Only thing i recommend doing is removing the "transition-sound" you have on there, it is annoying.

For a first site, the animations are good, but you have still working in your layout. Try use other colors a change the font too, because the animations are good.
Keep working in futures websites.

For some reason, the first email you submit from the form goes unvalidated, but any attempts to email after that are validated....

off to a great start tho I definitely agree with michael that the font you've chosen for your navbar, etc. has got to go.
