Small PHP code needed please!

Hello,

I need a script that does this:

It's basically a php form that when the visitor of my website posts a message and submits it, it comes straight to another PHP page where the admin can log in to, to read the message. The form should have these fields in:

1. Name
2. email
3. Comment

Please can someone write the script? This is my website www.gamestudio.net.tf, I have no knowledge of PHP whatsoever. I will give credit to you in the fame and gamestudio crew page (I am still making the page so it won't be available now)

1: this script will run on YOUR server, right? (be sure it supports php)
2: are the messages only for the admin (after login), not for the regular visitor?
3: is this paid?
