I think the design is nice and simple and it works well. I like the layout a lot!
The header is nice and I like the way you used your photography in it. I'm not a big fan of the fonts you used, they follow that rustic look but don't flow well with the design. Perhaps try somethign a little sleeker looking. Everything else looks fine! Good job!

by the way, are you talking about the title "RESULTS" or the body type? when you say "sleeker looking" do you mean like a san-serif face?

Design is nice but I really don't like the popup.

Why not try to implement a Flash gallery?

The body type is fine, but the other fonts just don't seem to work.
I'd say try a sans-serif, but there is a few smooth looking serif fonts. Play with it a bit and find what works the best.

i would like to build a flash/xml gallery. sure would be easier to update. I'm gonna work on http://kirupa.com/developer/mx2004/xml_flash_photogallery.htm -- and see where we go from there.
