How easy is it to do all of the requirements from this brief (below) that I recieved yesterday? would i be able to do it as in Flash 5 or html?(if so how!!???)

if not could someone help for recognition on the site?

The brief:

a.. Members only website
_ b.. Username and Password restricted access
_ c.. Online registration process, containing terms and conditions etc with
accept button. Member to choose their Username and Password, Administrator
to confirm and send activation details (or similar process)
_ d.. Catagories to Include:
___ a.. Information: to include sub categories:
finance/marketing/law/planning. Each to contain relevant web links and
article (to view/download) fully updateable by administrator. Members can
submit additional articles/links but they must be authorised by
administrator.
___ b.. Business Exchange:
_____ a.. List of members details, description of business, contact details,
link to web site (fully searchable or list in order of name, location, type
of business etc)
_____ b.. Forum: Assistance, For sale, Wanted etc
c.. News: Devoted to news articles.
___ d.. Training page: List course dates, courses, download/view relevant
course notes (fully searchable or list by date, type of course etc)
___ e.. Contact Page: Details and Form.
_ e.. All fully manageable by administrator
_ f.. Search feature and cross linking would be useful if possible


This is a rough outline but hope that you are able to get to grips with the
general requirements of this project from it.

Its not easy. You will need access to a database and a serverside script. I recommend PHP and mySQL dbs... then learn everything fast. Its easy to do in Flash but its easier if you use just basic HTML. And when I say easy, i don't mean easy, but its not an impossible task.

As far as specifics well, its much too much work for me to do for free. I personally would be charging 500 - 750+ for something like that...
