This thing keeps on popping up. I'm in Windows XP Pro now and it was partially the reason why I upgraded from 2000. I don't know what to Google either. I scanned my computer with updated AVG, Spybot, and Adaware. Nothing. MSConfig looks healthy, processes look healthy, no performance slowdowns either. It shows up as I'm shutting down the computer.

hmmm...that is weird.
Boot up into safe mode with networking. Head over to http://www.ravantivirus.com and run a free online scan. Also try a http://housecall.antivirus.com scan.
The more scans the better! It's amazing how many times I think I'll have a computer fixed and then RAV or houscall will find another virus.

I dont think its actually a virus problem Max. I have those windows popup before I shut down with Norton. It happens once in a short while but most times, it doesnt.

Yeah, I agree with minimalistik...
My "ccapp" (associated with norton antivirus) used to lock up like that. I think the thing that made this weird was that the application was just called "0" instead of an actual name.
But, if you've ran all those virus/spyware scans, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

if u are really worried you could always do a hjt scan and have someone look at your log. i will if u want, but dont think we should flood the forums with these logs. I recommend going to http://geekstogo.com/forum if you need more help.

I don't have Norton installed ever, but forget about it. If the virus is so invisible, I'll let it do what it pleases, if it screws anything up, reformat! YAY

PR, appreciate the effort, since I've posted this, I've seen it only once. Don't sweat it too much.
