hello,

this is so behind the times, I know, but I'm pretty new to digging into web construction.

you know that effect of a confetti of icons that swirl around your cursor on some sites? How is this done?

thanks!:smirk:

It's mostly javascript or dhtml I believe, here is a link to a bunch of mouse trailers and custom cursors. I'm sure one of those is what you're asking about.

Oh yeah... and Javascript mouse follow effects are annoying

Hmm, but now that I think of it... I have never written a script for that in Javascript.... maybe I will give it a whirl :sure:

LOL..... trust me, I will. There is a reason I never took a stab at mouse followers.
