Sharepoint/Frontpage publishing problems

I am currently working on a project in which a number of clientele sharepoint sites must be set up. Below are my weapons:

Office 2003 (including FrontPage)
Server 2003
SharePoint Services and SharePoint Portal 2003

Currently, the business is using Earthlink DSL
Unfortunately, all software was loaded when I got there.

I cannot get my built .aspx pages to display.
I am trying to avoid re-installation.

Is there a quick way that I am overlooking to confirm that installation is correct?
