Tables and Scroll Bars!!

I have this table with the properties set to
table height = "100%" and width'"100%"
......... so there are NO SCROLL BARS!!

BUT

When i add another table on top of that, any kind of table / size, the scroll bars appear......how come??

I want to create a splash page with no scrolling what so ever!!

Just add this to your body tag:
scroll="no"

i actually figured it out!

i did what u mentioned b4, but sumhow didnt work!

i placed some other script instead
