more issues with lasagne

I'm making a microwaveable chicken&bacon lasagne.
The instructions tell me that after 9 minutes I should "Agitate tray slightly". Personally I think this is pretty open to interpretation, any suggestions on how I should proceed?

lol I dunno.. call it names or sing a really annoying song... that would agitate me slightly...

I poked it with a stout stick and called it some mildly offensive names. It seemed a wee bit pissed off. There's another in the freezer so I might go for an annoying song next time.
