Use the second one. Flip it horizontally. Cut everything around the face out. Bring into picture. Scale to the right size. Change hue/ use another layer with a layer style to get the color.

I will give it a shot though is there a possibility for a higher quality picture the webcam pic would be hard to blend into a higher quality picture.

nice..., Is there a slight chance you could do better than the web cam, the low res picture is very hard to manipulate, other than that I would give it a shot

=guinness=,
You are being a jerk, if that is your attitude. And no I don't mind, if you want to be an elitist snoot thats fine. You're certainly entittled and you seem to be well qualified. I asked for some help in doing something nice for my g/f, and these gents rose to the occasion. So much the better for them as they did something very nice and special.. even if they don't know how special it is.
Alialo - thats the ticket. ;-) Spectacular work. Much thanks.
To Morse, themachine37, ailaio, and all the others who have been kind enough to help out. Much and many thanks. My g/f was in awe when she got her card today. I told her I had a lot of help from a good clan of gurus, and she sends a kiss on the cheek to each of you. ;-)
Cheers for your help and work

whoa whoa whoa... tone down the vindictiveness a hair. be a little courteous, i didnt come and attack you or make personal comments because i dont know you. by that fact you dont know me. i was saying that the overall purpouse of a forum such as this is so others can learn to do it and not have to rely on someone else. I.E. EMPOWER YOURSELF.
don't come and attack me because i put a comment in on what happened to be a project for your friend.
p.s. read posting rules and realize that insulting fellow kirupa members is not a good way to get further help when they criticize you.
i placed no ill will when i posted so please dont become enflamed at me.
