Hey peoples, i have this little problem..

I am designing a tiny little site for a friend, pro bono, and he has a logo that was saved in Illustrator 10. If you have Illustrator 10, and a spare moment, would any one of you be able to backsave the logo to Illustrator 9, so that i can work with it?? I would greatly appreciate it..
