simple loader of a xml feed?

I want a very simple loader of a xml feed. What's the simplest?

I just want it to load one feed, not allow users to choose between different feeds.

Where do you want to load it (Flash, PHP, ASP?) and what type of XML is it (my guess is RSS/RDF since you call it a 'feed').
