Random take-it-or-leave-it thoughts:
Perhaps a less boring background? Like a stained oak table or something. It looks a little too "sleek" for being on a rumpled piece of paper too. un-align some of the text boxes or sections so they look a little more scrap-book like.

unfortuntaly the client couldn't afford any more than the .psd layout.
All the flash and additional pages are in the hands of another designer
