Help with save to web!

Okay so my friend asked me to make him a website, and he bought a template and basically so far all I've done is change some text. I then went to file>save to web. It saved it and I opened it in DW. But some of the pics, instead of saving, seem to be placed as spacer.gif. I can't even seem to find these parts of the sliced image. Why is this happening? I've never saved to web before with a sliced psd, and he wants to see what I've done tomorrow morning. I thought this would be quick... :(

what are you using to cut the template up? well i dont know but maybe do your changes to the template, save your work, flatten the psd then slice it up...

It came sliced up. I thought maybe I needed to flatten it, that didn't work. I will try to reslice where I changed it though.

Okay I went to the slice tool, clicked each slice and edited the ones that arent showing up. they were set as no image, i set them to image. it works now. thanks for your time :)
