I'll give some feedback...
1.Don't Spam Good Boards
2.Look at some tutorials, photoshop, flash, ect.
3.Try some design ideas rather than a thrown together site with a striped blue background.
3.Be more creative with flash than having a couple moving pictures with some text. There's lots of opporitunities for interesting things in flash. Try fading, masking, ect.
4.Red text on blue background is big no no.
