someone mentioned a cartoon battle so I quickly did a little cartoon birdman thing. Nothing much

we here in our small sheltered social system weve always used "money to burn" as a term describing being extra money - money you dont need for bills or other obligation; money you have and want to spend, not necessarily specific to being wasted. :-\
