How to solve this.(sort of dragging)

I maked another footer last week because i hadn't much time (school ;)).I still want to finish this one so i could use it later but my actionscript isn't that great.I don't know how to say it correctly (look at the image too) but I want it so you can drag my name ( like this > // name //) so a other piece is visible.

Still don't understand eh,I thought so here is helpfull image.
