I dont know what happen but I went to open paint when I found it was gone, I was like omFg, I love paint.

Does anybody know a place to download it or to find it, I already restarted my computer, and put in the resources disk..

Have you tried going to Start | Run, typing mspaint.exe, and pressing OK. :)

It's probably just not on your start menu.

yeah, loosing paint is a likely result that comes with switching to linux...

go to Start Menu > Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components > Accessories and Utilities (Details...) > Accessories (Details...) > MS Paint

yeah, i lost paint and notepad on my windows 98 computer, I just reinstalled them from c:\options\cabs

thanks for the advice guys, not to be cocky or anything, but I know my way around a computer fairly well, I'm going to college for computer science, so everything you said I did like a million times, hope that dosen't sound cocky. Thanks anyway, also thanks duck, that helped so much. Thanks everybody...:)

(btw, I installed solitaire on a work computer the way I described above after a coworker who was A+ MS certified [or whatever, I forget the title now] said it couldnt be done :trout: )

sorry for sounding cocky I tried as hard as I could to not sound cocky, also I love when the average joe, not that your the average joe, does something that proves the "Expert" wrong, like at school with the "Network Admins", the have so called "degrees". lol :trout:
