New Site - suggestions? graphic-wise

:mario: Im starting a new flash site thingy, im noob, and i did some simple stuff and im looking for suggestions, what do you think i should do to this? mostly graphic wise because i suck at graphics and i mostly only know how to add images or just use the square or circle tool. So basically im just asking for critiques, suggestions, ideas, and what i should do to my graphics to make them better.

PS: my fonts, i know you wont like them, please tell me what i should do for the fonts too. thanks

1) It's way too slow.

2) It's way to blank.

3) It's way too slow.

4) That left/right sliding door effect is getting old.

5) Colors don't match.

6) Fonts blurry, try using a 8-10 size.

Hey, keep practicing, a few points here ,
> Speed up the frame rate of the move to 25 -35 fps this will make the transititions more punchy.
> Colours are not bad, but black text on the deep red clashes, why not try white, or whit with a black drop shadow to lift them off the page
> The pixel fonts u are using will only look good at 8px size and positioned on pixel -- eg, the x,y co-ords shouldnt have decimal values eg 2.5
> Your internal grey "boxes" nede depth, try this its a kool trick-- make the right hand side line and bottom line of the box in light grey, and leave the other lines as they are ( do the opposite for the inverse effect )

the reason the loading thing takes so long is because i wanted to see it to test something so i put a RAW WAV 55 MHZ or something like that in it for no reason :D.

I click the link and all i get is some unfinished page, with half the graphics missing, is this what i'm suppose to see?
