First I used the "clouds" filter, then i added a "Plastic... something" filter and then I solarized it and voila... and I added the text... somehow... :P

LOL. George Bush had to get surgery to get pollops removed from his colon for testing for cancer or something. I remember he transferred all power to the vice president for that one day.


And yeah... I thought it would be funny, but I guess not :(
