Okay, this is one of my full CSS sites, no tables at all.

I am a minimalist to a degree so it might explain, what'cha think?
(links dont work, but check the roll-overs?)

mm the leaf blurry effect on the bottom left doesn't suit the site. neither does the logo on top...

like the layout tho :)

There isn't much consistency amoung the graphic elements. What are the leaves supposed to represent? Why are the leaves all jagged and blurry.

In Safari (Mac Web Browser) the site seems to be broken apart and out of line. If you are making this site for a broad audience you might want to fix this problem.

...might wanna center it, too.

looks nice, but change the graphics (as the prev. 2 said.)

Hey, The word "Japan" on top looks really awkward, I like the colors you choose though. I am just getting into CSS styles so can't feedback much over there.

Maybe "kanji" lettering would suit the site better,

Take care,

I like the header, except for the japenese women, maybe try switching it with something else, maybe some japenese lettering, also the leaf in the bottom corner, is it suppose to be blurry and jagged like that? I would fix it, but that's just me. Anyways, the layout is good, and the colors used compliment each other.
