Relative easing (MX)

Hi there,
Im not too sure if this has been discussed/explained before, I didnt run across it in a search. Anyway, this is a really neat relative easing family tree chart:

I'm really curious how the relative easing is done. Does anybody have any idea how to go about recreating this?

Reminds me of the tsunami style menu (click here (http://actionscript.org/tutorials/advanced/Building_a_tsunami/index.shtml) ) but in all directions. A very cool effect!

Thanks for the link lunatic, I'll see if i can recreate the family tree thing using some of the script in the tsunami..(theres a bit at the end of the tutorial about adding columns...) If anybody else has suggestions, I'd really appreciate it =]
