chat in director

hi, i dunno where else 2 post this
i was thinking of making a chatroom in director

(u type the message and press "send" then it appears in a box that automaticly scrolls down)

the person would also hav 2 type in a username that would appear next 2 his/her text

any tutorials or help would be great!

uhh dude i don't thinmk you can do that in director unless you have it combined with Dreamweaver but i don't use director so i don't know

I believe you would need a moderate amount of serverside stuff to run a chat. Also, please refrain from leetspeak!

Nope i have created a chat room in director before, you need multiuser server thats all and some lingo, it took me about 1 - 2 hour
