HI EVERYBODY,

MY NAME IS BLAKE AND EVEN THOUGH THIS IS MY FIRST POST. I'VE BEEN AROUND HERE SURFFING THESE FORMS FOR A WHILE. I'VE NOTICED THAT EVERYONES FIRST SITE ISN'T ALWAYS VARY GOOD. SO PLZ BE KIND.........

For simplicity, if you're not using Server-Side stuff (PHP, ASP, etc), doteasy.com is good, cheap, and reliable.

and turn caps lock off =)

good smooth looking layout, but imo the butterfly thing has been waaaaay too overused.... try coming up with another animal/image...

i agree with mlkdesign, butterfly has to go, without it it would be perfect ;)

maybe try out seifers flaming butterfly of death, might work out man :D

yea I know that the butterfly thing has been done... But it go's realy good with some of the animations that i was doing for the site

this is a simple transistion that i was going to apply the the whole website:
I want to layer a greyscale image of the site under something like this. It would give the effect that color was "MELTING ONTO THE PAGE." can you kinda see it?

this is a vary realistic butterfly animation that i did... For some reason, I can't display this in a browser. If you still wanna see it you can download it here (BE CARFUL, THE FLA IS 3.1MB!!!!!) I havn't had the chance to compress it.

I don't mind the butterfly, a butterfly can't be overused, it depends on how you use it...

Still, if I were you I'd easy up on the darkness of it.. spice up the colors... :)

It looks nice, but I hate the butterfly! What is up with people using butterflies? Its seriously unoriginal.

MY NAME IS MIKE. YOUR LAYOUT IS PRETTY COOL, BUT THE FIRST THING THAT CAME INTO MY MIND WHEN I SAW THE BUTTERFLY IS "UNFLUX.COM"

But, the butterfly does look pretty cool.

If you need a cheap host, then 2advanced.net and mediatemple.com shouldn't be on your list. Try dr2.net (http://dr2.net)
