scrollbars with enertia

does anyone know the AS for making scrollbars with the enertia effect on them, i have seen them in a few places, and was wondering if you could help me out. thanks@@ :}

dont know but im looking for one myself. look at some other flash sites though. htere's a lot of them out there. (google it).

There's an example at http://www.cruciallimit.com/ in the lab/flash.

It shouldn't be too difficult to update the built-in component as well (on the other hand it might be :beam: )
