I needed a little help , can someone please help me and tell how to make this kinda white bar effect

Maybe your confused, since your new, this is the Battle Section where we battle one another in PS of Flash or whatever, but if you have a question or need help, post in the Drawing and Design sections as RuffRyder said.

You'll have to be a bit more specific, the white bar with the small dots, the white bar with the line on it or the faded white bars in the background? And what drawing application are you using?

if you are talking about the part up at the top with the lil dots on it. All that is a clever gradient. With a slight inner glow on one side set to a light color and maybe a slight inner shadow on the other, to give it that rasied look. WHen I say slight I mean a setting of 1

another freestyle from the top of the dome.....lol. But it should work
