I am looking for some people who have talent in creating layouts for websites. This is not a flash site, just the design in photoshop. I am looking for someone who can create a professional polished look for a Real Estate websites.

Yes, fireworks does support PSD.

not too much really, only a few flash banners, and stuff. 'till now I was working in a graphics studio, creating logos, books, posters and stuff, 2 years ago I started my own business, decorating cars...
oh, almost forgot, I design a layout for my brothers home page, and created the flash contents. take a look, although it's in hungarian:
