1). let me know wat do u think about the layout
2). any changes which u wud made if u have to take up the same layout
3). color Combo.?

Kindly let me know your thoughts as it is my 1st attempt to make a website and i am unaware of HTML and its languages.

nice structured site, good colorscheme of your center screen BUT the colors of the center screen don't match the background. i'd really really change the background man, and the logo could maybe use another font, but other than that, great work ;)

oh, ok, don't change the font then :)

but i'd definately change the bg man, would really improve the site
