how can i load variables from a matrix within a text file?

for example the text file is copy.txt with the following text:
&p[13][14]=12

pls help me.. i can't find a way to work this out.. thx a lot

You can't do it that way (actually you can but you'd have to parse the '[]' symbols). XML might be a good solution for that kind of things.
