Action Script
Compression

Overview: This project will be for a flash header for a real estate company. I will provide the designer with the current .fla and a description of what will needed to be changed.

The background/music/images have already been imported into the fla file, and currently runs fine with a preloader.

I wil need someone to create a house that will be shown built from the ground up. Basically the first image will be blank, then an image of the ground for the house, then the image for the sides, then an image of the roof, then an image of a finished housed. Maybe after it finishes the house will be turned around 360 degrees (to start we will not do that, as I know it is a lot more work involved in doing this).

Also, sometime during the movie, the house might spin around if I think the added effect will look very nice.

I want the header to start with the company name, and then a mouse that clicks on their name, and then it turns into a movie that shows a house being built.

I also would like to stay around 250kb or less for the movie. Not 100% sure if this can be done or not, but I do know that music might not be included inside of the movie. Currently there is a music file inside the movie, that makes the intro rather long. This is why compression skills are required, as I know the file size will be large and a little bit of compression on the swf will need to be needed.

Lastly, I will need a copy of the header without the intro part to it, basically without the house being built.

Please post your questions here, and your quote sent via PM.
I will be accepting US workers only. Payments will be discussed depending on credibility of the designer. A portfolio will definately help, and a contact phone number is required before any payments are made.

I just wanted to address a few questions that were asked via PM.

In order to judge how long it would take I am wondering how detailed you would like the house picture to be. I can make it very detailed, it will just take longer for the 3d panaround if there are a lot of objects that need to be created (windowlatches/panes/siding shadows etc).
- Detailed with windows, shades, sides, perception, ect.

If you had a picture of what you have in mind that would be great, but otherwise just an explanation the best you can would be fine.
- A similar 3d house and intro can be found: templatemonster.com/show.php?templ=4204
Basically it has a cabin being put together VERY fast, too fast for me, and then it spins arounds. It looks very nice, but I would prefer to have a house, rather than a cabin. Also, I want the house to be unique.

If you had a URL for your website that could also help me get an idea of what you are looking for in design.
- I am busy with the entire backend system, however if you want a screenshot of the template I made you can send me a PM and I will link you to the screenshot.

Thanks for all of your PMs. I have someone who I believe will be perfect for this project.
