Burned a DVD and there is a loud beep!!!

I recently burned a DVD and there is an extremely loud beep throughout the whole thing, i just played it in my laptop but do any of you know any program that can pick up one sound and remove it or repair DVD audio... Thanks, this thing is really annoying me...

Probably a protection problem. Assuming you copied a retail DVD. If not, burn another one.

No, what I did was convert a VHS tape into a DVD. My school has a lot of awesome things like that.
