Website Issues.!! Help!!

here's a question for you website pro's out there. I need a flash website to load quickly or load up in different segments. Is there a way for dummies to do that. I'm more of an animator than a programmer and action scripting drives me nuts.
Please help...im trying to work a website here. Thanks heaps
