do you guys think this is too dark... also is there anything i shoudl add or deleate (the image stuff is majorly compressed so i cant do anything about making it look better or else it would be over the size limit)

edit edit: its now up, go check it out, it still needs a color change and everything, but kirupa has spent hours doing all of that and putting my footer, header, and my diagnol lines on so i shouldnt rush him ;)... i should pay him :)

yeah, that was a screw up, it worked on my comp but on no one elses, kirupa helped me fix it... no need to put it up its "supposidly" supposed to be put up in a few hours ;)

I didn't know there was anything to be worried about with zip files......

It's not like a program can .exe by just looking at whats in the .zip ????

Ha ha.... I use WinRaR

So for me a .zip file is nothing more than a folder.... When I click on one it shows me whats in the .zip.
In this case I can click on a header/footer, look at them.... with out ever having to extract them.

here it kicks butt (ill just show you the top) edit: ones 1 over 15k but the others 5 less so ifi you put them together im still under the maximum lol ;) (vulcan bluchh ;))
Edit of the edit: :), in the zip i accidently put 2 headers, use the one thats named header 1.2, that one has better buttons and sounds and a cool effect.

Hee hee your footer is 16.5kb…..
Using any graphic is a real killer…. I know because I tried and failed…
I got my footer to 15.3Kb and that’s only cause a stuffed a 6.67kb Swift animation in it for Mediatemple. :D

I wanted to make a MAC OS X version now but I can’t…..
I wanted the bar of icons that scroll and zoom just like OS X.
Unfortunately I couldn’t make the glassy icons look nice in flash, and making a stack of them in Photoshop will just kill the file size… :(

yes he made a cut for me since my header is less then 10, so thats 5 less then the maximum, then my footer is 1 over 15 so thats 1 over the maximum, put them together and its a total of 4 less then the maximum of total!

k i lowered the footer size to 14.6, but i have to go, so kirupa, if you do it this afternoon ill send you the other footer later, but you can still do it since its just lowered the quality down to 35/100 and it still looks ok.

Just add your updated footer to the Forum Guidelines' Styles thread. I'll check it out later when I return ;)

Also, the search feature seems to be a little off in your header. It's not searching for the word you specify in the textfield. Might be a variable/instance name issue.

ok, it rocks... thanks for putting it as a choice. ill im you when you get back (though i allready have and you switched some of the colors for me and used the diagnol lines i sent you (thanks)) about more color changes.
