How do I make a stopwatch?

Hi again!

As I have said in earlier threads I'm making a car game, and now I have come to the point when I want to make a stopwatch. A stopwatch that starts when I pass the finnish line(using some hittest), and stops when I pass the line again..

I haven't got a clue how to make this clock :puzzle: , anyone who does?

go into the samples folder where you installed flash, there should be an example of a timer in there

I have Flash MX 2004 and there is no samples folder, which version of Flash do you have? Flash 5?:-/

Can you upload the example file?
