I think it's really good. Very smooth. :) But, is navigable a word? Or did you mean it that way? :P That's the only thing that bugs me. That image seems kind've fuzzy too. But the rest of the site :thumb: Very nice.

I like the design alot, but there no room for content, and well, there is no content.

Nice! Great color scheme and transitions. I think its great for a first project in flash.
I'd definately want to see some full site action from ya. If anything, maybe add some rollovers to the buttons and up the size of the text on em just a bit. Just keep in mind, your average end-user is annoyed by small text, but as flashers we love it!

yeah navigable is a word... :) got it directly from the dictionary.... ;)
and it is small because it was just a test before i actually use it on a site (had to make sure it would work the way i wanted it to ..so i started small.....that's also the reason for no content...
but i appreciate the feedback so far...

I have seen that effect before on a few sites, although it was on a much larger scale, and believe I have seen a tutorial on it somewhere.
So as the design is not original I can't comment on that.
And as was mentioned above there is no content to comment on either.
Perhaps that explains why 30 people viewed it without comment ??????

that was harsh vulcan, lol.
i think its great. i dont understand how some of the mini sites get praised on this forum but others that are actually kind of interesting(not just plain text) get bashed for being small. i honestly dont think it should be bigger. it would take away from its simplicity and smoothness. and with scrollbars there is always room for content. you could do little transparent boxes over the images in each section and put your content there. good job

Nah it was just straight up... And in response to:
30 people viewed and no comment????
If this wasn't posted then I wouldn't have commented on it either for the above mentioned reasons.
I was just addressing that question.

yeah it was str8 up...and that's all good..i expect positive as well as negative feedback...his words will only make me stronger and want to improve on what he found fault in...so it's all luv man..no hard feelings on my end......and i made that comment because of the fact it is a (SHOWCASE & CRITIQUE forum ...and i noticed alot of people viewed it ...but no one was sayin anything....

Well it’s nice to know that some people don’t take things personally.
So I will take the time to add further comment.
I like the design and navigation concept, I think it is clean and simple which makes its stylish.
As mentioned I have seen similar before, but only on a couple of sites…. So it is still unique and defiantly beats boring header menus.
Personally I prefer minimalist designs like this, over the cluttered busy designs such as 2Advanced.com which is why I like it.
As already mentioned the transition was smooth, and I personally liked how the text blurred with the movement.. Nice little touch…. :)
I also think it’s the little details that make a good site great…..
So I look forward to seeing the actual project….. :D

It`s a little diffrent. (It doesn`t come back with the content. Why give up that ideea?)
I like the colors. You could try a dark gray instead of black. I`m looking forward to see it finished!
