very nice site man. nice flow, interesting colors. Only issue I had w/ it was the frog's placement, and the "Noticicias" text box.

For the frog, maybe put him in the lower right corner. I'm sure he's there to draw attention to the really cool mouseover effect, but I'm sure plenty of people will be drawn to it just out of curiosity. If you want to leave him in the center, maybe add the ability to rotate him left and right.

For the textbox, I'd look for some easing effect on the scroll, just to keep the whole fluid motion theme you've got going there.

Looks great! But I don`t realy like that blue in the header, I would go with the one in the text (noticios). Love your preloader! :thumb:
