This has a lot of information, and the PHP is almost done so I couldn`t
desing anything fancy. I made the logo and played with the colors.
Any comments are wellcome...

1 is good! As mentioned before, the colors go nicely together. Try another font, might look better.

2 & 3 are both toilet!

I'm not sure about all the font but say like the main header's...I'm thinking maybe for the main button's on top (next to the logo), maybe you could have a font kinda similar to your logo font! just an idea

Thanks for the ideea. I think is a good one.
But I have to choose betwen arial, verdana, tahoma....(www accepted)
This will be a large portal with much information and I can`t afford many jpgs.

dunno about saying toilet for #3... the lighter colours work better.

yeah, to go with what jbudd said... I like #1 a lot but that middle color (the main content area) is annoying the HELL out of me. I'd put the color from the top strip into the content area of #1. Then maybe make the paws on the left and right bars a different color (lighter. maybe same as text?) Just to give em a little more variation.

i think you got the colours pretty spot on in the first pic posted. the colour scheme is combined of the colours that i would associate with dogs - good work.
