man i just opend it and poof! they were gone! i restarted and they just wont come back man! someone help please!

wait until poeple are back. someone will help you. Try view> toolbars o rsomething like that...

I don't use 3dmax, but there's gotta be a feature that allows you to reset the interface like in C4D. Don't reinstall just yet, hang in there.

Jubba...i am back to the comp cause the game is making me look like this :hangover:

H and Elec...there is nothing...i looked...maybe i jsut dont know what to look for...

i know 3D is on but donno if he saw this thread...man...

hey sorry mdipi...I was lounging in actionscript cause i needed help. BUt go to Customize>>>User Interface...You should know what to do from there.

Actually one of the choices is revert to start up layout or something like that....that is the one you should use. I am not in front of max right now but it is in the customize menu bar

try customise > load custom ui > DefaultUI.CUI

hahaha. hey I was just jokin....I am in a jokin mood today....long as you got the info. I was going off of memory I was not in front of max. Sorry took so long for me to answer.

All I've got is an old dusty "3dsmax4 fundamentals" or something...

that magic book is great I have it too. Some really good examples in it.

well havent used it yet, just thumbed through it. but from what i see...WOW! the first of 13 tuts is making realistic impact! i am booting up MAX now i will post it when done!
