I think the key word is: hire...
Given all the work it would take to make a flash site, I would be surprised if anyone would do it for free....
Sorry, but that's the way it is... If you had $$$ I would be more than happy to help, but as it is, I am too busy trying to make $$$ to get myself out of the hole, that I don't have much time for any other non-paying projects.... and I think that everyone here can say just about the same thing....
If you were looking for a site, and wanted to work out a payment plan, such as $20 a week, until the ammount agreed is reached, or whatever, than I would be happy to work it out with you.

If we start doing sites for free, then we will all end up losing our jobs. Creating a site in flash is not easy and anyone that does it for free is a sucker!

I don't mind doing free sites if they are simple and small. It adds to your portfolio, and experience.

But we can't go around doing full flash sites, with dragons flying around coded in PHP with an XML menu interface.

I have meet many people like this, beware of future promises, these people make money off the little guys.

Gustavo, you just joined too. Don't worry about it. If someone wants to do it for free, it will go in their portfolio. If they want money, they won't reply. Simple as that.

Sorry for the confusion....good idea Red....I have a very small and modest photography business and was looking around the net and saw some sites. I really like the flash stuff...so....heance me asking if anyone would like to take a stab at it. Plain and simple as that.
