are you talking about the box. Well it looks as if the box was made in a program such as swift v3. It was also Animated there more than likely. There is a onCLick event that initializes the opening animation. That menu seems to be a shape tween. Then the final is a set of buttons arranged to mimic the shape of the final frame of the tween.

That is my guess. Did you have a question on the box or the tween?

I guess I meant tween. but even swift 3d i have tghis program and all i can make is to spin a box around, but what about opening it and stuff.

You have to be slick and create each side of the box. Not a a box primitive. Then you can animate each side independantly. It is tricky but very doable. The tween part well that is easy too but explaining tweening is hard...Flash mx help files will help you there
