Looking for Flash Partner

Ive been designing on a freelance basis for 3 years now - but I havent had the time to learn flash. Im now seeking a partner to work with me on current and future projects for clients , integrating flash animation on the layouts I provide - Animations required could consist of full flash intros to minor "simple" button rollovers. Regardless of the complexity you will be fairly compensated for your efforts.
