fade to grid

i while ago I was dying to know how the heck did they make a picture fade to the other (mostly to a wireframe pic) and now I know there's nothing easier than this!

That's the link to the image (which isn't there). There is indeed no link in the first post, I just rightclicked the empty spot where the image should be an looked at the URL ;)

oh... Im using mozilla... no empty-pic-spot for me... or at least there is no pic to be found there...
