I am working with a client right now who wants an "artsy" layout, he said that he really likes the layout on apple.com, and wants something like that, with tabs (or another navigation) at the top and links running down the side. He also likes the soft colors.
Once I get more detail, I may need someone who can do this layout for me. Pay will be negotiated once I know the full specifications of the project. At this point, I'm just looking to make sure that if the photoshop work is too intensive for me that I'll have someone to subcontract it out to.

The pay will probably be somewhere in the vicinity of 100-150 USD. If it gets to be too much work for that ammount though (or too little), I am willing to pay by the hour - which would most likely be about 15 USD per hour.
EDIT: Oh, I forgot to tell a little bit about the client. It is a blinds/shutters/windows/home improvement company based out of Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
