New Hosting Changes - Mediatemple

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to drop in and say that a few weeks ago, Mediatemple agreed to host the forums and the site for free. The kirupa.com domain should point to the new server soon, and all the pages will be moved soon as well. The forums will also be hosted on the same server, so kirupaforum.com may become something like forum.kirupa.com or something similar to that :bounce:

This is old news to most of the phils and eilsoes and lostinbetas out there, but I figured I'd take this chance and "phill" you all in on this. A great big thanks goes out to mediatemple for offering to do this =)

Well, If you got a high demand on your website (So much traffic like what kirupa is having), then you might want to try asking them to host you.

I am not 100% positive if it is hosted for free, but I think I remember Edwin telling me it was. He was the one that showed me that site in the first place. And if you look at some (or all) of his site versions it has a little "I love MT" logo in them.

I simply contacted MT. After a few days, I was all set =) I wish there was an exciting story of a 1920s Chicago backalley, a guy called Fat Tony, and me dropping of a sinister package behind a flickering lightpost :hat:

As for Lost, he's very elusive so don't bother looking for him, he'll come to you when he feels like coming out of the shadows. ahhah

I haven't been online past few days so I havne't talked to him either, but I'm sure he'll come across this thread and notice your concerns. =)
