questions about MySQL/PHP

I just want to get some ideas what MySQL/PHP actually means

my client wants to build a web site where credit cards will be used.

as far as i heard that MySQL/PHP is the most secure applictaion for credit card forms

any help will be deeply appreciated

Very vague question, should be moved to server-side stuff..not Actionscript related..

mySQL is basically the database backend, PHP interacts with it..
what do you want to know?
do a search on both..
