I saw something similar a few years back. Little sports car, dont remember the make? Had a perfect mirror finish on it. It almost seemed kind of invisible when I saw it driving the streets as it reflected everything around it except for the wheels and tinted windows of course.
It seemed like it would be kind of dangerous to drive around in since it was really messing with my depth perception as I watched it.
Still pretty cool though.

I dont think that is real.....has to be some photo enhancements or 3d. That would totally blind everyone on a sunny day. And add some 20in chrome on the wheels and you have a stealth car...

I'm not sure, but I don't think a totally chrome car is legal in some states, such as California, just for the reasons DDD stated above.
That said, it doesn't have to be legal to exist.

Actually I have heard of mirra-chrome I had an old school stang I had some parts done with but I did not think that a whole car could be done.....
