Questins regarding MySQL/PHP, my server doesn't support

My server doesn't support MySQL/PHP and I need to use a form to process credit cards (shopping on line that kinda stuff)

so is there any other way to implement this kind of form into my web page.

All other ways aren't secure. And customers won't trust that.

Just pay the extra money... get a real server.
Simple problem solved.

Try PayPal.com, they're secure, and everyone trust them.
