I dont think the people in the other forums care about random chatter. Chances are they just come here to get their answers and skeedattle. Those posts are frequently spammed across many sites at that. Kirupa is so used just for information :P greedy people... sheesh!

I first came here for some Flash assistance, now all I do is post in ramdom.

I am still learning flash, but not at the pace I was before I started posting here

me too...i am just chugging along with AS...but i know some advanced stuff that i am not supposed to know yet...given i havent read it in my book, and i have questions that i still get answered on, and i try to help in D&D, but 3d or lost gets to it before me...so its hard...mainly cause i am here!lol

fester: I am one of those that only discovered random, and the fun that is to be here, long after joined the kirupa forum.
Posting in random doesn´t keep me from posting in help forums, it just keep me from life. Before i was spending x hours a day on help, and now i´m spending x+y hours on help and random.
I help ppl on help forums as much as i spam on random, if not more. As is lost, elctrongeek, senocular, etc... (dispite of what they tell ya).

I spend most of my posting time here or in Site Check. I used to go to the help sections but Lost always gets to the person first. Plus he is better at it so I just leave that forum to him.
