XP question #2

How do I make it so that when I alt + tab out of a game in XP, the AIM screen comes up w/o the game minimizing? Currently when I alt tab, the game will minimize and AIM will come up, but in ME, the AIM screen would come up without the game minimizing.

in some games (ie: wc3 sc) hitting the windows key brings up the task bar...so you might be able to select it like that,other wise, dont use aim while playing lol.
