I don't seem to be able to download any of the file people have posted on the forum. I click the link and I just get a PHP file on my desktop.

Now is probably a good time to admit I'm using a Mac. Should this make any difference?

Cheers,

Biscuit.

The file I tried to download should have been an FLA. It was a flie someone included in their post.

I tried the Mac equivillent of right-click but no joy. Oh well I suppose it's just one of those things, it just means If someone wants to show me a solution by example I'm gonna have to get them to explain it longhand.

Cheers for the reply anyway!!

i'm having the same problem, from mac, both in os9 and osX--
instead of seeing 'flashfile.fla' i get a browser error msg saying that it's an unknown filetype with the name 'attachment.php', which is what gets saved on my hd.

this shouldn't be a mac vs. pc problem, but who knows?

help us, o godz of kirupa!

the attachment.php file is the flash file. Just rename it after download and open it from flash.
